THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS.

We take reasonable measures to protect your PII in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All of our employees with access to your PII are bound by a confidentiality agreement prohibiting the unauthorized disclosure and/or use of your PII.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION.
If you want to view, delete or modify your PII, you may do so by sending an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests must include: (i) “INFORMATION REQUEST” in the email subject line; (ii) your full name; and (iii) what information of yours you want to view, delete or modify. We reserve the right to verify the identity of any person making a request and/or to delete or modify PII. If we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We will have no liability of any kind resulting from false or erroneous requests or for any modification or deletion made by us for any reason. We store PII for only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, as we determine is necessary for business records, and as required under applicable law.
The following provisions apply only to residents of the State of California:
- California Shine the Light Act. California law allows California residents to request information about how their PII is shared with third parties for direct marketing and other commercial purposes. Under the law, a business must either provide this information or permit a California resident with the opportunity to either opt in or opt out of this type of sharing. If you are a California resident, you may opt out of such future sharing of your PII (as defined by the California Shine the Light Act) and/or request information about our compliance with this law by contacting us. Any such request must include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the first line of the request and include your name, street address, city, state, and zip code and be sent to us via email at email@example.com or via regular mail to the address provided below. Please note that under this law, we are not required to respond to your request more than once in a calendar year, nor are we required to respond to any request that is not sent to the email or designated mailing address below.
